Charley Pride is well-known for his song “Kiss an Angel Good Mornin’.” The song hit No. 1 when it was released in 1971, and has become one of the best country songs of all time. One of his three sons, Dion Pride, wanted to pay a special tribute to his father.

He performed with country music star Lorrie Morgan for a special rendition of “Kiss an Angel Good Mornin’.” The crowd went wild. Dion and Lorrie took turns singing the lyrics, which showed off their vocal abilities. Dion sounds nothing like Charley, but his father would’ve been proud to hear his son singing his song.

The crowd was certainly delighted by their performance. They applauded the duo with a round of applause at the end. Charley passed on the gift of music to his son. Dion clearly wanted to do this collaboration with Lorrie for fun. He knew that he would make his father delighted to hear them sing together.
